We specialize in Commercial, Industrial, Residential, and Municipal Site Development Services. We strive to be your “one stop shop” from the moment a property is purchased until it is ready to be built back. Our company attempts to recycle, when possible, as much of the material we work with to reduce the economic and environmental impact within communities. As a site development contractor, Peitzmeier Demolition provides demolishing, wrecking, or dismantling of commercial structures, interior & specialized demolition, excavation, grading, erosion control, soil stabilization, and emergency response services.
OUR STORY
Our Story: Peitzmeier Demolition was founded in 2012 by Mark Peitzmeier. Mark harnessed his 40+ years of experience in the construction industry to provide the foremost demolition services in the area. Mark was quickly joined by his nephew Gary Olechoski who helped Mark bid his first job at his kitchen table. The initial focus of the company was to provide high quality soft demolition services to Omaha. Later that first year Mark’s son-in-law, Ben Ruthven, came on board to run any work requiring heavy equipment. Since then, our scope has increased greatly to include earthwork, grading, land clearing, a full array of concrete cutting and coring services, trucking, and disposal at our affiliated construction and demolition landfill. Throughout it all, one thing has remained constant: great employees! We have been fortunate enough to retain many of the first employees who joined us that first year and have added many more quality individuals as we grew. It is these individuals who make us who we are. In 2022, Gary and Ben purchased Peitzmeier Demolition from Mark with the intent of continuing his legacy ensuring Peitzmeier Demolition stays a family owned and operated business.
