AMG performed the demolition & dismantling of over 800,000 sq ft of buildings over the former aerospace facility. The facility consisted of multiple buildings ranging from 5,000 to 300,000 sq ft. These buildings were primarly steel and wooden-truss structures 40′ to 65′ tall along the Chula Vista Bayfront. Each of the buildings were salvaged and recycled to meet the necessary LEED qualifications. All demolition was performed on-time and with no injuries
